On 3 April 2019, MIAS was proud to host US Consul General Michael Kleine for a round table with 25 of our members.
His Excellency and Rebecca Gardner, Public Affairs Officer at the Consulate, along with President Harrini Ratnanesan and Vice President Ryan Attard attended on Monash University Provost, Professor Marc Parlange, prior to the round table.
At the round table, His Excellency was kind enough to answer questions about American foreign policy on issues such as relations with China, current problems in the Middle East, U.S-Australian relations.
