On 24 January 2020, the Monash International Affairs Society (MIAS) were proud to host His Excellency Breandan O Caollai, Ambassador of Ireland to Australia, and Ms Carmel Callan, at Monash University. His Excellency and Ms Callan met with the Monash University delegates to the Harvard University Model United Nations Conference, who will be heading to Tokyo in March.
His Excellency discussed Irish foreign policy, answering questions from our delegates on various points relevant to their committee topics. MIAS are grateful to His Excellency and Ms Callan for taking the time to meet with our delegates who gained a lot of insight from his visit.
