On August 11 2021, MIAS held an engaging and hugely successful Panel on Sports Diplomacy, and its influence on tourism, trade, and investment in the Indo-Pacific region.
With around 50 people on our Zoom, this was an amazing event where attendees were able to learn so much about the soft power of sports in Australia’s foreign policy, and how sport can be used to foster relations and growth post Covid-19.
